Am I wrong in thinking that everything in patch 8.3 is going to come out at the same time as swain? I thought all the lunar stuff was going to come with swain. When can I expect the whole patch and event to come out? Thanks, and sorry if this is a noobish question.
New skins usually come out 1 week after the patch, which is also 1 week before the next patch. So you can expect the skins to come out sometime next week. Probably on Tuesday or Wednesday. They want the Swain login screen to stay there for a week or so, then they will change it to the Lunar login screen.
As for the event, it will start tomorrow. They will always give a start and end date for RGM's, as you can see in this screenshot of the patch notes:
