Picking a lane

I think riot needs to come up with a system that when someone calls a lane they get locked into that pick or says who called it first. I'm so tired of calling a lane in non ranked and argueing with someone who is just mad I was faster at calling it and auto locks a character and makes me go a different lane just so we have any kind of chance to win. Or people argue about who got what untill the time runs out and then everyone scrabbled and we have a wack team.I can't be the only one. Thoughts?
