AFKs.

Now, I'm not one to complain normally, every game has its issues and such, but Riot can we please do something about this? This is atleast the 4th time I've been demoted, and lost promos too many times to count because of AFKs. I've been here since Pre-season 5 and I've heard promises about the tribunal system being fixed etc etc. Still nothing? Can we make a system that catches people like this 9/10 times? It's not fair to those of us that love and want to play and win, and we get AFKs. Cmon Riot....
