Riot, can we add a vote to kick feature?

So, I've noticed that in a lot of PC games when you enter a lobby you can vote to kick out players that are trolling. A serious problem in ranked is with people who pick champions that aren't even off meta, they're just troll (e.g. teemo mid, yasuo support) and those are two things that happened just today. The problem is players don't have any freedom to deal with this. Your options are to gamble on the disadvantage and maybe your team wins or dodge, lose LP and get a ban timer. Is it possible that if the entire team agrees that it's bad for the team or the person is trolling that we can vote to kick a player to get a different one in the lobby? The current set up is just really unfair and makes playing ranked unenjoyable. What are everyone's thoughts?

There are times when unpredictable or seemingly unrealistic choices still lead to won lanes and won games. Such as Teemo support, Renekton/Sion bot lane, etc. Someone choosing a champ doesn't really equal a win or loss for that lane.

Also, this would be an abused feature if it really was a thing.

the real issue is the mind set of players who think if a champ/strategy dont hard carry and win them the game that the person who is playing an offmeta pick/strategy is purposely INTING and TROLLING.

I must have come off the wrong way. I don't expect to be hard carried. It's a team game and everyone needs to do their part. One champ doesn't make or break the game. If that's someone's main champion it doesn't matter either. We won with an Aatrox mid this evening. It's certainly not in the stats anywhere on OP.gg or champ.gg as being successful. But it was his main and we made it work. I'm just talking about the instances people do pick champions that are not intended for their role and are also not experienced with them. But as I'm observing from the board: it is not a problem to be concerned with and there's consensus that it'd be abused. I appreciate your feedback.

i think and believe any champ can be played in any roll as long as the match up allows for it.

True, I'm not as good at the game as you. But just like I'm bad at the game, your ability to give constructive feedback is equally terrible. When I asked you your thoughts, I wasn't giving you permission to insult me. I was asking your opinion as someone who has experience in the game and whether or not it was a good idea. Everyone else here seemed capable of simply saying no, it would be abused, or that it's more of a mindset problem. But not you for some reason...I'm not sure why that is. Maybe you're just having a bad day? Or maybe the safety of being behind a computer screen is just removing your normal social inhibitions. I don't really know you and I'll try not to judge. But what I do know, is that I didn't deserve that and people with your mindset and attitude give this game a horrible reputation. So you have a nice day and I'm sure you'll work on that.
