I think if you log in to your account again, it should tell the reason (account sharing, toxicity, intentionally feeding, etc)

The main thing I took away from the chat logs is you saying that you refuse to team, which is actually a reportable offense.

Now... A perma ban for that, I'm not sure how the automated system works to that extent, but I would imagine that it takes that heavily into consideration.

I've been chat banned 7 times and all I see wrong here is the sheer volume of typing.

I've never seen a short ban script unless it was full of hate speach.

Maybe try sending a support ticket? Can't hurt.
