You should be able too pass an IQ test. I can't fathom the people I keep getting stuck with in ranked. Volibear turret dives my top lane gragas, with no minions, at level 3, with a machete, and hands over first blood + red buff. Not too mention Gragas was 3/4 life. Then blames me for not going in. Why are people with downs allowed too play?
