Massive Fps Drops and Delay since 9.2 patch

Hello guys, im expiriencing massive fps drops and delay, before patch 9.2 i had constantly 100+ fps during the whole game and around 80 in teamfights late game with no delay or anything, since this patch came live along with sylas , i cant hold more than 55 fps no matter what resolution or quality i go for, even on the lowest ones. After the games start i have around 60 to 70 fps till 7min, after i hit the 7th min mark i get 1 to 5 fps untill i leave the game and join it again , and after this happens i cant move from 30 fps till the end of the game, with a huge delay between my abilities, i need to click like 5-6 times so my champion moves or activates an ability. I've been playing league for 5 years and i've never expirienced something like that, got the latest driver updates, still nothing. I'd really like to get some help because i just can't play normaly anymore...
