Can you stop autofilling me 1:30 into my ranked que?????

So I'm a silver player, fairly new to the game but its so annoying when either my teammates hold the lobby hostage because they were autofilled, where they troll or quit after the game starts because nobody dodged, or I have to dodge multiple times a day because i take a risk by not cancelling the que before 1:45. I don't know why this is a thing, people can wait till AT LEAST 3 minutes for the 30-40 minute game so that we all receive a desired role. I came from Paragon where que times were much longer but god damn id rather wait 10 minutes than rack up 20 minutes or more of dodge timers because the few games i get to play after work are ruined before a champion is even picked
