just played poppy today after her "rework" her kit can't even gank much anymore her passive grants her a shield the size of the bonus of cinderhulk but it has a very long cooldown for jungling and with her ult now they now make it to no matter where you hit them from it is basically a new type of recall that isn't on your b and now with her w yes it helps with some gap closers but the defense from it is just terrible early game like around only 3 armor and mr

I own ragdoll and noxus Poppy but they don't show up for me. All I see is battle regalia and scarlet hammer.

There is a known bug this patch where people have lost Legacy skins from their account. Dunno if Riot is addressing it yet or not, probably not because they'd want you to pay again for a skin you already owned.
