is no one going to talk about dr mundo?

his soo damn strong and there is nothing you can do about it. he can heal up to 130% of his hp in 12 seconds(with spirit visage). you might be like just use ignite or buy mortal reminder or something like that but does that really do enought?he will still heal 80% of his hp back even when u have grievuos wounds and thats really strong if u ask me and its on such a low cooldown its nearly impossbile to kill him alone. but its so easy for him to kill you he just comes up to you Qs you and u take 25% of your current hp as magic dmg then Es you then Qs you again and Es you and now u are dead. and you cant do anything about it he is too tank and has too much dmg. his cooldowns are way too low his Q does way too much dmg and soo does his E. the thing is its ok if his E and Q does alot of dmg but come on why are they on such low cooldowns? from what i see there is no counter play to mundo becuase if you get him low he just presses R and now he his full hp again. what am trying to get at is that mondo need to be nerfed in some way, like nerfs his health regen (his ult not his passive)or his Q and E cooldowns or his Q and E dmg or nerf his R movment speed so that when am actaully killing him he cant just run away.
