I got reported for hacking... and other complaints

Im pretty sure im not getting banned because Riot knows, But I legit got reported for hacking because I was two shotting and three shotting as LeBlanc. Is there anything we can do about these people? Its not the fact of getting reported that annoys me its these people that simply have no knowledge of the game whatsoever. Isnt there anything we can do about these people? Or do we just have to move on with life and just ignore it.

Also one more thing I know you guys are gonna really rage at me for saying this. But how do you deal with the people on your team that feed intentionally? I know im not stuck in elo hell i really dont believe it. But it feels like it is real sometimes especially when either I seem to have a bad game for no reason or when someone does something really stupid and I'll admit I've done stupid things before walking into 1v5 etc. But I've never fed intentionally what brings people to do stupid stuff like this? I just feel like being in bronze is weighing down on me and making my overall experience of the game less fun. Anyone have tips for these people or just being in bronze in general? And any tips to get better? (I realize that losing games isnt entirely my team's fault im not that ignorant) (Also yes i know about cs thats what im really working on improving rn some champs like corki and yasuo i get 100 cs by 15-10 minutes) (Other champs it might take me whole games or atleast 20 minutes)
