The Punishment system needs to be trundle'd(Completely Reworked)

Riot, seriously what the hell is this crap man. Ranked games are basically unplayable because of stuff like this. We have trolls ruining games for people like me, I mean just right now I played a game where because of a trolling lucian, I got demoted because someone else couldn't play the game correctly. Riot I understand you like to punish players for not doing the right thing but come on man, nobody so have to lose LP because of one or two(there are also duo queue trolls too!)trolls in a Ranked game. If you don't fix this problem soon, I tee you that your fan base will stop playing ranked. If this doesnt get fixed in time for season 6 I might as well get Urf'd and got to Dota. Sorry man but in troll games nobody should lose LP because of someone else or gain LP because of a team getting trolled. It's not fair either way and Its been 5 seasons since you could fix this major problem. Just get this done then move the servers, because I'm in East Coast and 110 ping is not something to be happy about.
