Key fragment drop rate

My friend and I have been partying together recently and we have won about15 games in the past 2 to 3 days when we get home in the evening. We have not gotten a single key fragment the entire time. Please increase the drop rate. We have both gotten several chests but nothing to open them with. we also both have mastery tokens for a few champs but no blue essence to level them up.
