Can't escape bronze

I'm trying to get out of bronze and it seems that I can't get away from it. Went into my promos twice, lost both simultaneously. Most of this is really not my fault. On the first promo second game my Xin Zhao afked due to tilt and second promo second game also due to a afk. Why is this happening? I'm totally tilt proof, even my teammates honor me for being a good sport. Is there a specific champ that I can stick to until I get out of bronze? Now I can barely climb over 60 lp, I'm in bronze 2. But at the end of the day I understand this is just a game to enjoy and have fun.

Just gotta keep trying, if you truly are better you will move up

Keep trying. I made it to Silver for two seasons now and both times I had to try multiple times. What you gotta remember is that as much as you're getting trolls, afks and feeders, the enemy team gets them too. You keep going and eventually you will hit that sweet win streak where everything goes your way for multiple games in a row. There really is no way around it. Play more.

I'm actually trying for Gold right now. Only Silver 3 at the moment. Failed Silver 2 promos twice now. I know I'll get it if I keep playing.
