All Champions for free?!

I was thinking about this AWESOME idea. What if all champions became free to play for all players? This way you can learn to play your favorite champions whenever you want.

What about the IP, will this become useless?

Well I also got an idea for that. Make skins buyable for IP. WHAT? Yes. For example. 520 RP skins for 50.000 IP, 750 RP skins for 75.000 IP etc.. This way the casual gamer can play all champions whenever he wants and the hardcore gamer can get **some free skins on yearly base. **

This is not 'overpowered' or something, because it will still take you the time to learn to play the champion(s) properly.

Give me some feedback on this idea please.****

From a business standpoint, what sense does this make? Why should riot throw away all of their RP sales on champions, some of their sales on IP boosts, and some of their sales on skins?

In my opinion Riot should not ask RP for champions because you can also buy them for IP. Riot will still make enough money by selling regular skins (RP) because you only can get a few skins per year (make skins cost very much IP).

IP boosts will still make sense because you will be able to buy skins with (much) IP. And skin sales will still make sense right?

They sell champs for RP as well for people that want to buy them straight away plus we're already getting free skins and stuff from hextech.
