@Riot Not so unstoppable force
OK i was playing as 
and ulted the enemy 
he used shocking orb and stopped my ult.. Is this a bug?

And to your point - it's definitely a bug. They've done a few sweeps of fixing things that were stopping Malphite's ultimate and I believe Xerath's rework occurred after the most recent one.
