Key Fragment Drop Rate
Does anybody else feel like the key fragment drop rate has been lowered or something? It's been 4-5 days and I still haven't gotten a key fragment.

The drop rate gets progressively lower as you get them. On a ~monthly reset timer, your drop rate will refresh and you will start to see a lot of fragments, but for each fragment you get it gets harder and harder.
compared how easy it is to get chests I feel like they are really high
