Soraka on ARAM

I think she needs to be disabled since her w is bugged. It only gives half the hp it should because of the aram buff. The problem is that it still take the full hp from soraka. I understand heals that take mana being nerfed to keep the gameplay fair against those champs but her heal takes her own hp so it balances it out amd healing a teammate for 100 hp when it takes 200+ of yours is not good gameplay. Her ult is already nerfed to 50% and this w nerf cripples her...
