Transforming Champions QoL Change

When you play a champion with a transformation ability ( , , , to name a few), you aren't able to see the cooldowns of the abilities for whichever form you aren't currently in. This can be problematic when you switch forms, expecting to use an ability to escape/ keep attacking, but it is on cooldown still, potentially putting you in an unwanted form. I think it would be a great help if on each abilities icon, there was a faint outline, like the normal cooldown indicator.

 Think of Rengar's abilities once he has 5 fury. His empowered abilities don't share the same cooldown as his normal ones. However, you can see the cooldowns on the basic ones, even when you have 5 fury. If transformation champions had this same mechanic, they could micromanage their skills much easier, without having to mentally keep track of their own cooldowns. In terms of balance, I don't see any issue, as it wouldn't give them an advantage. Just clarity.

tl; dr adding a mechanic similar to Rengars cooldowns on his basic abilities to transforming champions would let them plan ahead, working with the knowledge of all of their cooldowns, regardless of which form they are currently in.
