Cassiopeia is one of my favorite champions but I feel she is very unrewarding especially while snowballing. For a immobile champion, her risk-reward ratio is too high.. I feel her R requires a major update Passive needs a revamp.. I end up buying Chalice anyway
Other than that, her Q,W,E are fine other than number tweaks. Discuss.

She would be so hard to tweak without making her so incredibly broken is the only thing. She is like an adc but with magic damage so that if your team has even like one peel for you you would be able to melt anyone on the enemy team in 3 seconds. The only change I would make would be to make her ult cone a little bit longer and wider so that you have a little bit more utility in teamfights, but again, this might make her super broken.
Why do you feel that she is unrewarding?
She isn't a high risk champion afaik, just has the option to take some.
R needs love, agreed. Maybe give more damage if she lands it correctly and less if she fails, and fix that bug where people sometimes dont get ulted if they stand too close to you.
Passive is actually cruical so you have to buy only one mana item, Without it e spam would be impossible without more mana items and blue buff.
1 basic q e rotation at lvl 3(1 point in q, 2 in e) costs 35 + 3 x 60 = 215 mana
at lvl 3 you have 400 mana, it takes more than half of it up.
Why would you ever buy chalice on Cassiopeia ?
I feel most of those things will be changed in the rework(ult will deal less damage tho T.T)
Can they change the color scheme of her desperado skin back to rattlesnake instead of ugly brown boot
Wut? There's nothing wrong with her current passive tbh.. that's the engine which makes her a DPS/sustained dmg champ instead of a burst champ. If you take that away, you wouldn't be able to spam your skills in the first place.
Also try Tear over Chalice, it's a bit better choice.
