Draven SHOULD Stack Fervor of Battle with Spinning Axe

Draven is a very unique champion and with that should be able to use a variety of builds and masteries. With the changes to Fervor of Battle which now is being geared toward melee/ability type champions, the question raised is why doesn't Fervor of Battle grant an additional stack when Spinning Axe is used on an enemy champion? This is definitely an ability in my opinion however in game it is read as a buff instead. I feel that something like this really wouldn't be game breaking in any way but just another potential path Draven can run. When I first played the release Fervor of Battle with Draven I was actually pretty happy with the results. I would like to see this small change/adjustment so Draven players can have another keystone option in their mastery pages.

It isn't. It's an empowered auto-attack.

that's too strong a buff really the extra damage for no mana seems like a good match and the 25% heal and 30% as master seems to be a better (referring to pbe changes)

I get what you're saying but there are a lot of things "too strong" in this meta. I just think that it would reward skilled players more effectively. Its only something that can be taken advantage of in fights or longer trades and it wouldn't make the laning phase any stronger than Thunderlords and late game any stronger than Warlords Bloodlust of course considering the new PBE changes.

Well if you use it now in its current state its too weak and you're saying if he gets an additional stack its too strong? I was only thinking of balancing it or making it viable for him specifically under that one condition, if it one shots that's no fun but I never did any calculations or anything.
