and buying it makes
near worthless while adcs, fighters, tanks and assasins can build life steal without damage loss, on a better gold ratio
hp build mages dominated for too long in this season, and the main reason
it was removed still heals half his hp back with the regeneration from q
something not giving cdr, healing 1/3 (3% of damage dealt) from aoe and multi-hit spells to provide and utility alternative, and making players rely on skills and skillshot hits more is needed

Thematics: targets suffering the damage glow in bluish mist, caster has green version of deathfire touch direction indicator (indicating the direction the spell hit the target/s)
