A More Logical Way to Nerf Kalista
Kalista is a ADC/Assassin who solely relies on mobility and her Q and E to finish champions. That being said, she has one of the lowest base movement ranges, and the only viable way to escape is to cancel attack and jump over a cliff. This being said, her movement is based off her attack speed, there for her attack speed if slowed would slow down her movement. Then the simple switch of Rend from 4 seconds out of combat to 4-6 Seconds in combat would make more sense. Kalista also relies on the spear, and without a proper spear or someone who doesn't know how to properly use Kalista's ult makes her W useless.
- Make Her Movement/AS dependent on eachother.
- Make Her Rend Ability depend on an In-Combat Timer as she relies on that for her sustain damage anyways.
- KEEP THE HOP SHE DEPENDS ON IT AS AN ESCAPE.
- As for the Q hop, I could do without it, but it depends cause if your engaging in area's where there's no creeps its effective, but if your surrounded by creeps you would be jumping all over the place and using Q to escape once you run into trouble.
