Why is it I only get skins for champions I don't own? Especially when I break down 3 only to get 1 for a champ that I don't have. It is very frustrating and makes the new loot system feel cheep and a way to force players to pay money. IF boxes and capsules are all random at least make the re-rolls a guaranteed drop for a character I unlocked.
Warios1 votesSeems the way it is not, it is more cost effective to buy the skin you want, and don't spend RP on chests looking for skins you might need.
Mysticman891 votesIt would be a bad thing to provide incentive for people to not collect champions, and further you wouldn't want people trying to game the system by only buying ez/lux/sona/udyr/<whatever other champs that may have particular high value skins>.
While it can feel bad to get skins you don't want, it's probably fairest for all skins to have the same chance dropping instead of having your champ pool bias stuff.
