ARAM - Yes, Champ Random - Winning and Losing IS CONTROLLED BY RIOT - 50/50 goal
I've got almost 2000 wins on ARAM and guess what? I have almost 2000 losses on ARAM. I've been within 50 either way since day 1. 100/110, 500/520, 1010/1000, 1500/1515. You go on long winning steaks, then long losing streaks. I can always tell when a losing streak is coming. If I get too many games over .500, like 60 or 70, the losing streak starts. You get paired with noobs, or get a bad comp. You get "ur uh first time Janna" or "how do you use Kat". Most of the time, you can predict it. Every once and a while you will win one you are supposed to lose since Riot can't control AFK's, but it just gets you for (2) extra losses later!
How is this all done? Very easy. Their program is designed to keep you at 50/50 PERIOD, NO ARGUMENTS, NO DISPUTE, 100% TRUE. It simply looks at your MMR as well as everyone else's and adds that to the record of each player with that champ on the map to balance it. They might also look at the total record of that champ on the map. So the champ you get might be random, BUT YOUR TEAMMATES ARE NOT RANDOM!
For this bull squirt that it teaches you how to carry, not even the greatest diamond players in the world can win if paired with noobs against all players with a high MMR.
Here's some examples:
Almost Guaranteed Win:
Champ 1 - MMR 1400 v Champ 1 - MMR 900 Champ 2 - MMR 1300 v Champ 1 - MMR 1000 Player 3 - MMR 1200 v Champ 1 - MMR 1100 Player 4 - MMR 1400 v Champ 1 - MMR 1200 Player 5 - MMR 1500 v Champ 1 - MMR 900
Guaranteed Win:
Champ 1 - MMR 1400 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map v Champ 1 - MMR 900 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map Champ 2 - MMR 1300 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map v Champ 1 - MMR 1000 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map Player 3 - MMR 1200 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map v Champ 1 - MMR 1100 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map Player 4 - MMR 1400 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map v Champ 1 - MMR 1200 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map Player 5 - MMR 1500 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map v Champ 1 - MMR 900 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map
Impossible to Lose:
Champ 1 - MMR 1400 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map () v Champ 1 - MMR 900 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map (**) Champ 2 - MMR 1300 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map () v Champ 1 - MMR 1000 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map() Player 3 - MMR 1200 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map (*) v Champ 1 - MMR 1100 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map() Player 4 - MMR 1400 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map () v Champ 1 - MMR 1200 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map(**) Player 5 - MMR 1500 playing one of their 3 top champs on the map () v Champ 1 - MMR 900 not playing one of their 3 top champs on the map(**)
(*) Champ is in the top 10 of all champ wins on map for all players (**) Champ is not in the top 10 all champ wins on the map for all players
The funny thing about all of this is Riot knows this, but continues to deny it when it is soooooo obvious. Btw, RR's mess this up, as do AFK's, but Riot can make sure it makes up for that in upcoming games as all of the above can be adjusted more and more to make it more and more impossible to win for as long as riot wants you to lose.
What is true random? The teammates you get would be random MMR including how they do previously with any champ and the record of the champ on the map would not be taken into account in other words HAVE THE FREEKIN GAME BE TRULY RANDOM, NOT JUST WHO YOU GET, BUT WHO YOU PLAY WITH!
Now, why am I writing this? Good players should have good records and bad players bad records, but of course Riot thinks the bad players would quit and the good players would get bored. Ok, fine, don't make it truly random (like it should be), but sheesh do you have to make it 50/50?
