Tibbers proc'ing Pickpocket, bug or feature?
As of writing this
's ult, Tibbers will give you 3 gold if you have Pickpocket mastery. So far it's the only on hit that can easily be seen doing this. While I would like to see this maybe turned in to a feature like AD
was, not the best build path you can take but one that could be fun to do some of the time. This might add a lot more threat to Tibbers and Annie outside of her burst down style which she is so well known from, giving her more sustain damage at the cost of some of that burst. An issue I see going with this is that Annie isn't in a bad spot right now, and giving her the option for on hit effects with Tibbers might be odd but some of her alt builds would look a lot like 'on-hit'

Blade of the Ruined King (Bork): Dealing a 6% amount the real power of this comes with having an active that deals more damage.
Frozen Mallet: Lets be honest, while the slow would be nice, it would be out shined compared to
in being put on but the extra 20% slow would allow Tibbers to stick on to some one a lot more. With Tibber's 'rage' mode this might be a lot stronger then others would think.
Guinsoo's Rageblade: The stacking nature of this item and it's hybrid nature still gifts Annie with AP and when it's full allowing Tibbers to double up on the On-Hits even faster if Annie is also Auto attacking the same target.
Nashor's Tooth: Adding more AP scaling to Tibbers with a 15 damage base each hit, going in to the Attack speed and Cooldown reduction would be a nice bonus.
Phage: A stepping stone on the way to bigger better items. The bonus speed while Tibbers is hitting some one would either allow her cut off retreating paths or run away that bit faster.
Ravenous Hydra and Titanic Hydra: Giving Tibbers an AOE, the other stats would not benefit her as much as Annie doesn't make as much use of it. would using the active make an AOE from Tibbers or only Annie? and the fact that Annie doesn't get to use them without this would be a pass even if Tibbers could use them. This is then increased with the damage that they deal threw out the summon.
Recurve Bow: A building block to better items, the bonus damage and attack speed are not going to be noticed compared.
Runaan's Hurricane: While Annie can use the AOE attack Tibbers being melee would make this do nothing for him.
Shen, Lich Bane, Iceborn Gauntlet and Trinity Force: These would increase the base bust damage Tibbers does starting out.
Wit's End: Tibbers, who deal mostly magic damage stealing magic resist and giving it to Annie.
Ardent Censer: When Annie is healed Tibber's attack speed and damage would increase.
Muramana: Stealing Annie's mana every time and deals bonus damage.
Statikk Shiv, and Rapid Firecannon: Oh yeah Tibbers needs Volibear's ult and extra range with crit chance.
Bloodrazor Enchantment: While dealing 6% of the damage each hit, it doesn't really give anything else to her, while taking away one of her summoner spells as you are forced to take 
What do you think, would this be a nice feature to add to Annie and other Summoned creatures, or should this used only to a few like
's clone?
