Can Redemption steal Baron/Dragons?

So here's the item's active: UNIQUE: Target an area within 5500 range. After 2.5 second, call down a beam of light to heal allies for 150 - 490 (based on target's level), deals 10% of maximum health true damage to enemy champions and 250 true damage to minions (120 second cooldown). Can be used while dead. TLDR heal, true damage, can be used while grey screened. Pretty sure most of us have experienced/used this item by now. I was just wondering, since it says true damage to minions, does that include jungle objectives? Would a desperate support be able to (theoretically) pull off an epic steal with Redemption after their whole team's been aced?

Dragon is a different type. (Lol at pokemon and yugioh) minions are minion but dragon is like an epic monster and since it doesn't specifically say, I'm going to go ahead and assume no.

I don't think redemption does damage to monsters, so no.

I use redemption to gain vision at baron allowing my team to potentially ace and steal. it can indirectly do the job.
