Random Disconnections

I'm in a ranked game with my friend (like, right now) but it suddenly disconnected everyone on both teams and my friend exited the game but there was no option to reconnect? I've had this problem in a couple of ARAMs last patch; the first time, everyone was able to reconnect but the second time, we just had to leave the game and play a new one. I would do that in this instance, but will I lose LP?? There's no sign of this current game and on the League client, it shows as that I'm not in game. Does anyone know what to do????????
