What the actual hell is ezreals absurd damage and yuumi

I play normals to get away from the stress and sheer anger that is D4, but even normals at this point is unfun. Why can an ezreal build iceborne, ludens, zhonyas, muramana and BOTRK, and then assassinate people. Why can any champ in the game build Tank, AP, AND AD, and then practically assassinate people. And its not even like you can do anything. If he lands his W, he 99% of the time lands Q too, which does at least 1000 damage to you. He has a get out of jail free E on a stupid low CD that gets even lower when he lands a Q (newsflash, not hard to hit), and he slows. Thats not even counting Yuumi, who goes Full AP and perma attaches herself to him, giving him BS heals and move speed 24/7. I swear towards the end of the game, my entire team collapsed on ez and he just zhonyad, yuumi healed and ulted and he just Ed to safety. Its absolutely ridiculous nowadays how much damage champs like ez can do, and how little counterplay there is to it.

His E is a long cooldown, not a short one. It only gets lower if he keeps landing Qs.

If Ezreal is landing virtually all of his Qs on you, then Ezreal isn't the problem. It's a skillshot for a reason, and it doesn't get any easier to land because he landed his W.

If he lands two skillshots in a short window and only does single-target damage, then that damage deserves to be high. He's a skill-intensive champion that can be outplayed simply by dodging. If you avoid his Q, his damage and safety go way down.

Ezreal doesn't scale as well as other ADCs. He's got a very safe laning phase and a brutal mid-game powerspike, but he'll eventually fall off.

Yuumi is also a very safe pick who is able to deal heavy poke while giving her teammate heals, mobility, and a boost in damage. She's very difficult to deal with on champions who are also very hard to kill, like Ezreal and most juggernauts. She's got big changes incoming, but in the meantime, you can exploit her crushingly weak early game. At level 1-2, it's basically a 2v1 in the botlane. If you can get a level 2 gank from your jungler, there's nothing Yuumi can do about it and you can get a huge lead. She also struggles against poke. Her heals are pitiful unless her teammate is low, so you can easily keep them below that threshold of being safe to contest a wave, but not low enough for Yuumi to get a lot of value.

Ezreal going Ludens echo in patch 9.17 are actually trolling. It might make his W do kind of decent damage but at that point they should be going Lich bane + Ludens or Lich + Seraphs, NOT Ludens + Iceborn.

But it doesn't matter when you have a Yuumi giving you +40 AD by sitting in your lap anyway

Oh no I lost my latest game now time to complain on the forums. Why is a full build extremely fed ezreal able to kill a 3 item mage with no resistances cmon riot please buff asol nerf ezreal :(

Seriously though they just nerfed AP ezreal, also no counterplay? 1 cc and hes dead...
