Skin Boost in ARAM is unavailable?

Mustayne··3 votes·853 views

I've noticed that for the past few days, the Skin Boost option in ARAM has been grayed out and is unavailable. Am I missing something on why this is not available? I've looked on reddit and in general searches online to determine why this isn't working, but all I get are old search results from over a year ago.

Thanks, and apologies if this is something obvious.
