Fizz Broken beyond compare

Look I know there is a lot of champions that need a rework. Yet one champion I seriously hate is fizz. Riot says they nerfed him yet he is still seriously strong. Before he was normally AP , now he can be both AP and AD yet still do close to the same amount of damage. His e which is mostly what i consider broken. I wouldn't have any issue except he can tower dive nd take no damage cause of his E. Most Champions can only use their ults to do that but his is often. I highly reconsider refixing that and his damage output. I'm sorry put an ult that does 600 damage alone with no AP is fine yet giving him extra damage with it on hit is just wrong. IK a lot of people agree with me.
