Client issues that sour a game

I have been having 3 problems since the new client was installed. I never had these problems with the old client.

1. Incomplete loads / freezing load
2. Random spikes of lag in game
3. Random window exit from game, sometimes when not even touching the keyboard

I brought up these issues because I can deal with: A) Being unable to access my matches B) Ranked servers down for a whole day C) Having a 5 second window to try to click in champ select

Those don't affect gameplay. These new problems do
