Ranked Team Ideas

Hey everyone, I've been in a couple of ranked teams and a friend of mine started one with me. So I got thinking, there should be a ranking system for teams with more than captains and members. I think something that allows more trusted members of the team to do a little bit more and there is more than a single "dictator" so to say in these teams. Here is what I was thinking:

Captain- All rights to add kick start games also shown up as leader. (The same thing) and can promote anyone to any level in the group Right hand man- Same rights as the captain except cannot disband the team, or promote to right hand man and/or captain. Scout- These people can add people to the team and only kick members that they have added (could be difficult for a data base of this so it can be changed to not being able to kick). They can start games. Recruiter- these people can only invite people to the team. Member- the default, basically sits there and plays league.

Captain and right hand man can also demote, so if mistakes were made they can be fixed

I hope you guys like the idea. If it gets added that's something I'm looking forward to. Any one else then plz vote.
