Thinking About Potential Buffs/Nerfs
To those of you out there reading, thanks for joining the discussion and reading this
I was thinking recently about those champions not played a lot and Riot's finding new ways to buff/nerf them, such as Caitlyn getting a bit of Armor Pen, or making Aatrox able to withstand more fights late game, or reducing the missile speed on Leblanc's dashes
So I was hoping here we could discuss potential buff/nerfs that could be applied to champions as player's who've played them a lot. We know now that just changing damage numbers doesn't really work in some cases (Hi old Kassadin, boy watching you bounce up and down was fun) though it needs to be done sometimes
So I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas to make the less popular champions a bit more.... up to date?
Like for instance I think Quinn's W active should be true sight, so she can see the wards and stealthed champions, but considering it's only a second of vision, she wont be able to kill wards in time or maybe even get to them
Anyone agree or have any other ideas? There's a lot more than just adding or taking away damage
Just trying to help, I think Riot would also like the discussion from the player's point of view as well

While not exactly out of meta, he's some what tunneled into a Muranamana spell slinger build and less of a normal ADC. I might suggest letting his W strait up affect his AS. Riots "Just E into it" Buff is really Just unreliable. Would give value to a skill that doesn't otherwise help ADC Ez.
His Gorilla tactics kit really doesn't help on the field of Justice. I also find it funny how he's the Swift Scout and does not really have any Scouting tools. I might give a slightly larger vision Radius on his Mushrooms. Though most likely with a shorter life span. (but does his mushroom really go 10 minute without getting stepped on?)
More a numbers change, but I would like to see An AP ratio on his Passive. (similar to lux) He was suppose to be a mid laner but got shuffled into the support role because he lacked damage ratios. Riot calmed that they wanted Vel'kos to be reliant on his passive for damage. effectively making him a spell slinger. But that still won't make him good in the mid lane because he can't scale into late game because he does not have any ratios.
