shiv is poke/minion wave clear (which is weak now due to its nerf) while phandom dancer allows you to have a godly shield/ghost. ill pick that dancer.

I like shiv better tbh. Higher attack speed more damage more wave clear lower cool down on q. Don't really care about the lifeline passive too much. Most games i build steraks or maw anyway.
