Make Gangplank Scale off Crit Chance
Just a thought, what if Gangplank Powder Kegs or Parrrley couldn't crit but got bonus damage based on his crit chance and bonus crit damage? Something like Ashe passive. Or maybe each Barrel could have a chance to crit, with one crit triggering all subsequent Barrels critting. Melees tend to get some degree of crit certainty (Yasuo, Xin Xhao, Shaco),while casters (since Gangplank's classified a Battlemage now) are supposed to have generally consistent damage output. These changes would also provide an extra lever to balance his overall damage in a meaningful way based on how much gold he's sunk into raw damage. Trinity Force changes aside, it's always been frustrating to lose fights because a barrel chain just didn't decide to crit. Personally, I like playing bruiser GP top, and I'd like there to be some balance between full damage Midplanks and Bruiser/Tankplanks.
