FIX Bard pls

When Bard was released I thought he was an awesome champion but as it turned out he was just a troll champ leaving lane to collect chimes or ulting when unnecessary, his abilities are useful but they lack any progression in late game. You need 150 meeps to Reach his max Potential and by that time the game has already well been over. it would take 2 games just to reach 150 Meeps and by that time other champs would one hit bard. His abilities need to be amplified to be a useful champ and not shunned by the League Community, Every time I play bard people start throwing stats at me for his win ratio(3%) but I believe bard can be better than what his stats say. Please fix him and his ULT the, video bard mountain should have been his abilities.
