Ranked Team 5v5s should be a separated queue

And it should not have ranked restrictions...

Riot confirmed that solo queue is never coming back. Fine. But I still would like to play in a competitive queue with my friends. Most of my friends aren't ranked in diamond, so I can't play with them. Normals draft is not a competitive queue and Dynamic queue isn't even close to a substitute for Ranked Team 5v5s. Ranked Team 5v5s was not a perfect competitive queue due to the wide variance in skill level each game and this was an understood fact. However, it felt amazing when teams with lower skilled players came up with strategies as a team to defeat much higher individually skilled teams. I enjoyed working with my teammates to not only improve their skill level and decision making, but also to build my shotcalling.

Let players queue up as 1-4 players and have that affect their own individual ranking. But please, create an separate rank for players who want to play competitively with their friends who aren't the same ranking as themselves.

Dynamic queue has done to me the inverse of what Riot has stated it is intended to do. I play with my friends a lot less than previous seasons. I don't think that it's just Diamond+ players that are feeling this way either.
