Ruunan's Hurricane and Ashe's "Q" this season.

So, why is Ashe's "Q" with Ruunan's Hurricane not the same anymore?

Last season:

1) Could charge her "Q" in 2 shots. 2) Her "Q" Led out a flurry of Bolts to nearby targets with Ruunan's Hurricane.

This season:

~~ 1) It how takes 5 shots to charge her "Q" with Ruunan's Hurricane.~~ 2) Each "Q" Hit is 1 bolt per hit instead of a flurry of bolts.

Don't really like this type of change in my opinion. Building Ruunan's Hurricane made a huge difference in her farming ability and team fights. I'd understand clearly if this update gave it a bug, if so when can this be fixed?
