ARAM - Balancing Issue

So let me begin, by saying, I'm really not that great at LoL, BUT that isn't really the issue. I don't have a lot of time to waste as I work and don't have a car. I'm always on the go doing chores or working or having some kind of obligation to get to. But when I do have some down time I like to play LoL, but being as busy as I am having to wait for a game to start, pick champs, lanes, and hope that someone doesn't bail, or if the game will go through at all, isn't really somehting I want to do. My fix all for this is to play ARAM. ARAM, is quick, simple, and easy to play and doesn't really last that long and I admit takes less skill, but I enjoy it. Let me pause right herem for anyone that is thinking " I'ts only ARAM" first off, anyone who says this while playing ARAM is a supreme DIK, and I block anyone who says this, and I think should be banned from playing ARAM, but that's my thought on it. Now again I play MOSTLY ARAM, and really do enjoy it, but I've always noticed that 1/2 the time one side or the other is completely steam rolled due to balancing issues. One team has all poke and range while the other is somewhat balanced but cannot compete with that much incoming damage via AP or AD, or one team is somewhat balanced and the other team is FULL of Tanks, all they have to do is hold off the opposing team till late game and then just RUN though both turrets and them and that's game, < That one LITERALLY just happened to me. I know all champion stats are recorded, AD/AP champs, range of attacks, health, mana, etc. Why can't LoL, program something that will balance it out even a little more. Now I know anyone reading this might be thinking "Well it does say random champions" that I get, sure, but don't make part of your game HALF the time completely no fun. Even when I'm on the winning side of a steamroller, it feels almost empty, I KNEW I was gonna win eventually. I'm not saying there hasn't been some EPIC turn around, or HUGE mistakes on the winning team to cause they're downfall but most of the time, its obvious who is going to win. Something REALLY needs to be done about the balancing issue with ARAM, some of us don't have the time to play over an hour for one game or to sit around for 10-15 min at a time waiting for Que, I like being able to jump in, no thought and enjoy a little down time. and REALLY I think LoL, is somewhat ruining that and in a way stealing and wasting my time. Kinda redundant considering I call it my DOWNTIME I know but I don't want my time being ruined by someone I know can fix the issue. NOW this is only my thoughts on the matter, and any POSITIVE feed back or suggestions is welcome, to any Trolls out there or people of just POOR character. just don't bother, your wasting EVERYONE'S time just being a DIK, so cmon M'kay.

I have 700 ARAM wins so I would like to think I'm experienced at the mode.

In my experience, only about 5% are stomps are a result of composition. The other 20% of a time it's a stomp, it's because people don't know how to build.

On the vast majority of AP champs,

item 3174 and item 3089 come BEFORE item 3285 and item 3100

Also, item 3092 item 3069 and item 3401 are complete shit in ARAM, and anyone starting with a item 2051 is practically guaranteeing their team a loss.

You also get people who want to go AD Nami or AS Gnar, sabotaging any real chance of a fair game.

The other 70% of games it's a skill matchup, with extremely heavy emphasis on team coordination/wombo.
