Stabfoot Talon

I feel that the nerf on Talon was too hard now he is the only assassin that cannot follow up on his initial assault after an enemy uses an escape for example akali has 3 charges, zed engages with ult and can utilize his shadows, and fizz has both his e and q. Before this was ok because talon's silence prevented enemies from escape giving talon enough time to deal his damage. I am not saying that old talon was ok because he was op, but this nerf just put himdown completely couldn't we have just a slightly lower silence duration like .5 or .4 seconds? Also, if you think that adjusting your playing style may help please inform me of how because i am here to improve. One last thing about his e is that the new slow is completely redundant not because .25 seconds is basically nothing but because his e already has an ample slow for his kit. he doesn't need to stab someone's just to have them say ouch and leave.
