How is this much true damage possible for Yorick? Hacker?

League of Legends Match History

Yorick dealt ~400k true damage to champions. But opponent team has taken at max 3k true damage. How is that possible?

Also the true damage taken by Yorick is ~400k again.

Is this a bug or hack or real?!?!

I would say a bug.. Notice the Sivir, who has 337 creep kills, the Yorick has 137, and she only dealt 300K damage. She has one less kill, less deaths and the same assists.

pretty sure this is just yorick is getting the giant self damage that his ult ghost takes when its duration expires counted as damage dealt
