He's always relevant, problem is that the meta these days is mobility, which screws up to Veigar players if the enemy mid laner is a high mobility champion like Zed.

veigars only problem is his passive, but I am very interested in what they do to him.

Also why today the day of the mage updates discussion? why not yesterday? or tomorrow? What makes today THE day.
