A simple feature that should of been in the game for a long time

I have been recently using my second monitor which is off to my right as my primary monitor and when i finally came back to League of Legends just recently I couldn't help but notice that there is NO option to force select which monitor the game is supposed to be played on. It always chooses the primary monitor which is the one off to my side. As you might envision this is very very annoying.

Some would say why don't you make the monitor in front of me my primary monitor and then just move the taskbar to the secondary monitor... Well i don't know how many people know about this issue with Win10 but no matter what you try to do the taskbar which is supposed to be locked on to your secondary monitor will always find a way to jump back to your primary monitor which is very very frustrating.

So my simple request is to add a option in the Video Settings to CHOOSE which monitor the game is to use as it's default display, be it windowed/fullscreen/borderless modes.
