Tristana's new e update

With the rework of Tristana's e the grevious wounds on it was also removed and with the only item in the store giving grevious wounds (talking about executioners calling here) to ad champs gone how are we supposed to deal with champions who have high health regen. Seeing this the only way to counter health regen is health regen. Or some really strong burst to deal with it. Also taking ignite against such matchups shouldn't be the only choice. This problem is not only limited to Tristana though it goes out to all ad champions. Anyways my point being here is an important part of her kit had been removed.

A suggestion would be to apply grevious wounds to the guy her bomb is attached to.
