This is highly unlikely to occur as Riot has previously explained that the reason the turret range indicator is disabled in normal and ranked play is that it would turn the games into a pointless exercise in 'who can toe the line better.'
Removing the indicator puts the burden of skill (and memory) on the player. There is no hard line to look for, you have to do it by memory or feel and mistakenly attacking an enemy champ while inside that range is your own fault.
Basically, if the line were there, it'd be too easy for aggressor to zone defenders with no risk to themselves. Without the line, the aggressor has to actually pay attention and carefully position himself and make sure an AA command does not mistakenly drag his champ within aggro range.
Simply, it forces players to be more aware of themselves and their position or risk taking a turret shot.
