I've noticed that bots (co-op vs ai, custom game) do not use Flash or Teleport, even though they selected it. I play since 2011-2012 and I remember they used it in those old times (Intermediate ones at least).
Nowadays, I saw them use Heal, Ignite and I think exhaust and maybe some others that are harder to spot. But not flash or teleport.
It would be great if you "taught" them to use them again like they used to do before. Thanks for reading.

There was also a time when bots would ward bushes instead of face checking every bush. The only bot who uses wards is Jax bot and only to ward hop. Which if bots are meant to represent real players this Jax bot is a very strange anomaly.
Intermediate ones do use summoner spells. Died sometimes because they used ignite on me EXACTLY when needed.
They don't have keystones either (at least the ones from custom games).
