Sort Out These Queuing Times.

This has become a real issue, I understand that you guys are working on a new system and that I am probably only a small part of a minority of people that are actually getting such long queuing times but this is ridiculous, I've met a few others who have had the same issues and the longest I have waited for was 30 minutes, JUST to get into game, it also doesn't help that every time someone dodges from the champion select by not selecting that I have to go through the whole process over again, please sort this out because it is quickly becoming tiresome and making people mad.
