Minus LP for winning a game?

Hello,

so, the other day I was on 93 points in platinum 1 division and went to play a game. I won the game and I was thinking about my promotions, when after the screen I got a nice surprise. Instead of gaining 20 LP and entering the promo, I actually lost 20 LP. I actually lost my will to play by that and was really disappointed, well, as it happens in everything... I told to some of my friends who play League about it and they couldn't believe it or tried to find any excuse for it, explanation or reason I lost, but not any logic about it. A few hours later I got contacted by my friend who told me about the message in the League client. The message states:" We're aware of a problem causing LP gains and losses to fail to appear, and are working on a fix." Although this isn't my case, since I won and lost points, did this ever happen to anyone of you?

I'm very disappointed in the system cause of this and after playing since day 1 of league, I'm kind of losing my will to play cause of this.

I contacted the support about it and still no answer, but I'm pretty sure whatever the answer will be, I won't get the points back. I included a screenshot of losing the LP. Was on 665 wins and 93 LP. Won the game, went to 666 wins( the number of the beast :P) and got -20 LP, so I'm on 73 now...

If something similar happened to you, how did you react? How did it go?
