What the hell are you doing Riot?
Everyone is getting overleveled at certain times is there something wrong with xp?
Or is that what your going for? Because when I ADC I find most the time the mid/top gets 3-4 levels ahead regardless. Especially if its just a farm war.
Where is the balance in this game? Its at an all time worst. =(

did you factor in that exp is shared with the support resulting in the lower level? the trade off being you dont have to go it alone in lane and you have vision of incoming ganks via wards. and that shyv has the best clear for jugler allowing her to shay in the jg longer than many other jglers resuting in higher lvls
Its true. But its everyone. Top and mid laners are ridiculously leveling up the same way.
And yes of course but even when I do other things. And I play pretty well. I'm not great, but I'm good enough to say I farm well also... so its not farm and people don't even get that fed(from anywhere) but just overleveled etc..
Its logical for mid or top to be a level or 2 ahead but its ridiculous some people snowball out of control this patch. Its some rubbish.
